Straightforward Conveyancing were incredibly professional and efficacious when it came to selling our property
From the first phone call to enquire about where to start after 20 years in our home we were relieved to receive a checklist of tasks, making an otherwise daunting process somewhat simple
Breagh in particular has been outstanding in the service she has provided!! Answering every silly question I had, explained every stage of the sale, advocated for us when the purchasers were being difficult and provided thorough reports when we enquired about new properties
I have no hesitation in recommending Straightforward Conveyancing and they should be your first call if you're thinking about buying or selling real estate

Amazing! Jackie and her team are very personable people. I originally did business with them after my wife and I sold. She was great then, but it was not until I was buying that I realised what a professional outfit she had established. I discovered this as I was always in a hurry to make everything happen very quickly while purchasing my new house. Despite this annoying behavior, I felt that Jackie and her team could field this pressure and could always somehow meet my never-ending demands. For this, I thank them and recommend them very highly.

Jackie and Breagh have been absolutely amazing every step of the way. Our house and land build was almost 4 years in the making, and they supported us throughout with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
They reviewed every document with meticulous attention to detail and navigated a change in title name with expert precision. Their communication was consistently excellent, always responsive, even after hours, which truly reflects their dedication.
This wasn’t our first time working with them either we’ve used their services for two purchases and one sale, and each experience has been just as smooth and stress-free.
Their fees were exceptionally fair, especially considering the level of service and peace of mind they provide.
We’re so grateful to have had Jackie and Breagh by our side through these major life moments. We wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Straightforward Conveyancing were exactly that. We wanted a local company to deal with the property. Having someone with local knowledge allowed them to pass on advice you may not get from a larger organisation covering a wider area.
They kept us informed every step of the way and gave us an estimated timeline of each of the steps towards settlement.
Great service all round.
